Every project featured was designed and built on Long Island by the Gary Duff Designs family team. Nassau and Suffolk are where we live and work, and five decades here is what taught us how properties on this island behave through the seasons. The collection spans North Shore, South Shore, and Hamptons properties, which face meaningfully different conditions from one another. Seeing work built under the same coastal conditions as your own property is more useful than seeing work built somewhere else.

Site visits are possible on some projects, depending on the homeowner. Many past clients are glad to share their experience and let prospective homeowners see the work in person, though it always depends on their schedule and comfort. From there we determine whether your goals point toward a single feature such as a paver patio or outdoor kitchen, or toward a complete landscape transformation. You get an honest recommendation rather than a push toward the larger scope.

Gary Duff Designs takes on select projects starting at $10K, and smaller scope receives the same design attention as full-property work. A compact terrace, a garden renovation, or a single fire feature all get the same site analysis and material care that a larger project would. What changes with scope is the size of the drawing set, not the standard behind it. If the fit feels right for both sides, we build it with the same precision the portfolio reflects.
